Default Spanish taxes 2012 by Dutch Hans Smedema because of Dutch political conspiracy!

Force Majeure Spanish taxes!
Forced default on Spanish taxes 2012 by Hans Smedema because of severe Human Rights violations by the Dutch Government! Kafkaesque and Orwellian unbelievable bizarre crime of the Century causing force majeure.
Real available income is much much lower than the income I have to pay taxes for.
Special ruling needed in this extreme and bizarre case, the crime of the century. That can only be done on a Ministerial level in both Netherlands and Spain.
Tax exemption needed until Dutch government confesses their horrifying conspiracy against innocent victims!
Dear Sir,
I regret to have to inform you I will NOT be able to pay my normal Spanish tax of 16.115,68 euro over 2012 because of force majeure. Also that I paid too much tax considering my extreme situation as a fugitive from the Netherlands.
Reasons are in this horrifying Dutch conspiracy case:
1. Human rights violations in combination with an unbelievable conspiracy by the Dutch state forced me to live as a fugitive in Spain since June 1st 2008, and now my financial breakdown. Political asylum needed soon.
2. Normal (Spanish)tax laws do NOT take into account my very special situation in which I have to take care and pay more than half of my income to my chronicle sick wife(severe dissociation since 1972) who is forced(by fraud of the conspiracy/cover up) to stay in the Netherlands. Without the fraud and betrayal she would join me in Spain!
3. The normal laws don’t allow deduction of the high costs of me having to fight my own country as a fugitive from Spain either, with the rest of my disability allowance!
4. Meaning since June 1st 2008 I am forced to pay for two(!) complete households, take care of my sick wife and at the same time have to fight a secret(!) Dutch conspiracy, which because of involvement of the former Dutch Queen is a matter of Dutch state security! The Dutch state and all officials have to hide all evidence so I am not able to proof anything or fight them by (international) law.
5. Costs which are NOT deductable under NORMAL Spanish tax laws which ONLY in the case of LEGAL DIVORCE allow deduction of those extra payments to my wife and NOT when FORCED by a conspiracy to live separately! Nor can I deduct my other costs of fighting the Dutch state!
6. My real available income in Spain is therefore much lower than the income I have to pay taxes for.
7. So I paid too much tax from June 1st 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011 already. Paying over 31.000 to my wife on an income of 62.000 euro over 2012, leaves me in Spain less than 31.000 real income. Paying over 16.000 tax in Spain and another 3000 Dutch tax(medical care tax) for the same reason over 2012 would leave less than 12.000 to live on and at the same time fight the Dutch conspiracy!
8. This caused our financial breakdown over the last years since June 2008. I had to use our pension savings and now have much more tax problems in the Netherlands related to the conspiracy too. Together with many other abnormal costs other people don’t have!
9. Since 2000 we were forced to spend around 200.000 euro of our savings which were meant for our pension. Over 2011 my total abnormal cost(for wife and conspiracy) were around 57.000 euro on an income of 60.000 euro. Meaning we had a negative income of minus 10.000 euro but still NOTHING deductable in this bizarre Dutch conspiracy! I paid a Spanish tax of 12.719 euro and Dutch tax of 2800.
10. Nobody on this earth can keep paying taxes in this extreme situation!
11. Severe discrimination and many human rights violations against us, but the High Office of Human Rights Geneva refuses to investigate! Political Asylum was denied by America in 2009 because of not enough hard evidence of the Dutch government being behind this conspiracy!

Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte refuses to confess and stop the conspiracy and/or pay an advance on my damages of 1,5 million euro until the real damage of many more millions has been calculated by professionals! Which only can be done AFTER the truth has come out and with enough money to pay them! See his Dutch answer (translated) below!
I therefore request a special ruling from you to halt for the moment all my taxes(specific 2012) until the Dutch state and Prime Minister, and maybe even King, have been forced to confess their conspiracy against me, my defenseless wife and the whole Dutch nation and pay (advance) damages.
The same request will go to your colleague the Dutch Minister of Finance and chairman Eurogroup mr. Jeroen Dijsselbloem for the other Dutch taxes. He has inside information about this conspiracy or cover up being a member of cabinet and protecting the former Queen now King, so depending on the state security situation, he is/could be able to confirm my bizarre situation.
A copy of this letter will be sent to him also.
Just some extra information about the Dutch conspiracy:
Just to give you an indication on how horrifying my bizarre situation is I point out some of the problems I am facing:
• We both got severe suppression of all traumatic rapes against my wife and therefore were defenseless since 1972 against rapist. My wife still is even now! She still thinks nothing happened and her family confirms that by betraying her.
• This even resulted in three children from rapist because we were not allowed to know I was secretly made infertile by the rapist and were both defenseless not knowing afterwards what happened!
• My wife is betrayed in believing I make up everything and have become insane! Causing us to fight each other, while normally we would like to grow old together.
• I am not allowed to know which crimes have happened since 1972. Over 50 police files about rape and all evidence are deleted, manipulated or hidden! Nobody was ever prosecuted!
• No lawyer is allowed to help us and all legal fights since 2000 have to be done without any legal help! Not enough (hidden) evidence also prevents solving this case before we die!
• Tax lawyers don’t understand this case, or assume I am indeed insane, so no legal help there also!
• This case is the superlative degree of Kafkaesque and Orwellian, and not fiction(!) but perverted horrifying reality!
• I am not allowed to file charges, which is the right of all other Dutch citizens.
• Police and prosecutors (2000, 2004, 2009 and 2011) were NOT allowed to investigate to secretly(!) protect the Queen from negative publicity!
• Both not allowed medical treatment since 1973 for severe dissociation and suppression of rapes so we could defend ourselves and live normally together now.
• My wife is not allowed to know the truth about her being very chronically ill with a double recallable personality and three children being from rapist!
• Dutch people are NOT allowed to know anything about this conspiracy which must have cost tens of millions from the still unaware Dutch tax payers!
• Dutch media are not allowed to publish to protect the Queen/King. So no help from the media.
• In January 2004 I was forced to stop my top position and had to live from a much lower disability allowance! Income loss of now 1 million and more.
• Until now we never got any help from any organization, lawyers or human rights group!
This all is severe discriminating and a horrifying mistreatment violating many or almost all human rights!
Unique situation!
• My wife being raped by rapist is the only ‘normal’ but horrifying thing in this Orwellian case.
• Our own family hiding all the criminal acts and therefore in fact helping the rapist is horrifying!
• Physicians hiding the rapes and refusing to warn us and treat us with simple therapy is unheard of all over the world.
• Police and Prosecutors not allowed to investigate the many rapes with children from the rapist, is against their main mission! We were living in an upside down world without being warned!
• Ministers, former Queen Juliana, Beatrix and apparently now King Willem Alexander fraudulently using state security as a reason not to simply inform and help us as only innocent victims is disgusting and perverted!
• Media, specific the Dutch largest newspaper Telegraaf, are not allowed to publish about this gruesome case, to cowardly or don’t believe it without enough evidence which is hidden by the Dutch state itself!
• Police judge and six high court appeal judges all denied any defense by a simple DNA-test or witnesses therefore violating normal human rights explicitly demanding that before sentencing! Meaning no fair trial and they work with this Royal (approved) Criminal Organization violating their own normal independence in this bizarre case! Political fake trial to protect Queen Beatrix at the time. Sentencing me to 6 months in prison and pay over 5300 euro to the rapists! One even secretly the father of a child! I refuse to pay the rapist of my wife of course!
• I have been spending thousands of hours and around 200.000 euro since 2000 just to try to find out what happened to us because of our amnesia and suppression, got no medical treatment for my PTSS and am declared insane, while the Dutch Ministry of Justice and all other Ministers, former Queens and now King, and family members all could have told us those facts easily preventing further damage!
• Both our lives have been totally destroyed with three children from rapist, no help at all, put up against each other, and almost broke now! Having children of our own, what would have been possible, was not allowed by the conspiracy! And I still want children of my own, but no woman will take the risk assuming I am insane! Only after the conspiracy will have been halted that will be possible.
Request
Make a special ruling for this extreme case and for the moment halt all income tax related items until the Dutch government solves this mistreatment and torture of two innocent victims! Or allow half of my income and all costs needed or related for fighting the Dutch government to be deductable since June 1st 2008 until April 1st 2013 when my much lower pension started (24.000 euro a year)! That would allow total payment of normal Spanish taxes! I would love to pay Spanish taxes, but it has been made impossible by force majeure.
I am asking your Dutch colleague mr. Jeroen Dijsselbloem the same!
I will also try to get international help for an international law that makes victims of their own government and state, tax exempt for the time it started until that state has paid the victim or his heirs including others involved full damages!
It would be very kind of you and helping my case a lot to ask the Dutch Minister of Finance mr. Jeroen Dijsselbloem in writing about this abnormal tax case and demand him to stop violating our human rights.
Also mr. Rex Ford asylum Judge Miami Florida has relevant information about my former asylum case A087-402-454 if needed.
Of course I would gladly give any other information needed!
