Not 3 but 5 Asylum requests!

Crucial information about this case could be that I asked not 3 times for Asylum in America, but 5 times! The last time during a KLM flight with King Willem Alexander as the Co-Pilot on March 15th, 2017!

Even if I was in the air in a plane, I was legally in the State below us!

5 Asylum requests!

1. First time was just after being sentenced in an unfair(no lawyer) corrupt(no defense allowed) trial on 9-2-2009, with an request on April 23th, 2009 in Miami Airport in Florida. With 7 months traumatic detention with the highly professional Judge Rex J. Ford who was very interested in my horrifying case and did an high level investigation with a lot of positive evidence proving my case.  I was only deported to Amsterdam as there was not enough hard evidence yet(!) of the Dutch Government involved! But a lot of my case was proven like 3 children not mine but from 3 different fathers(rapist) among which Rieks Perdok who lied during the court case never to have had sex with my defenseless wife, but was the father of our youngest son.
2. Second time was in Texas in 2013/14 also after just being sentenced again(!) in an unfair corrupt(again no defense allowed!) appeal trial, and again deported after traumatic 2,5 months, but was transferred to Buffalo New York State end of 2013 just before leaving for Amsterdam in mid-January 2017.
3. In Buffalo New York State in Jan. 2014 I was again interrogated by Judge Rex J. Ford and asked him again for Asylum and to reopen(!) my case, and/or a new case! Based on new information he even reopened(!) the 2009 Florida Asylum case because of to many faults and false statements from the Netherlands!
4. On September 30th, 2016 after again(!) being sentenced in an unfair trial without a lawyer and without me present, because I had no money and defense was never allowed so no fair trial was possible, I asked again Asylum in San Diego California State. And during the case again(!) requested President Obama to grant me asylum. But cancelled the request in San Diego California(!) later as nothing happened which must have been a mistake! When Obama/DOJ brought the case before UNCAT or equal special procedure mid januari 2017, the DOJ must have had enough evidence to do so! So why did nobody warn me about that crucial fact before I left?
5. On the KLM plane being deported back to Amsterdam on March 15th, 2017 I was flying above Utah/Wyoming/Montana States! So legally I was in that state (most likely arranged by Judge Rex Ford and/or DOJ) and the plane was in the air contacted(!) by DOJ to confirm if I was on that plane! I showed my passport to the Dutch KLM Stewardess who checked me being there and next when she came back on her request confirmed that I asked for Asylum! So legally(!) that was my 5th request for asylum! But Sjon from Dutch Intelligence interrogating me after secretly giving me a drug ran after her and King Willem Alexander who wants to keep this horrifying case covered up was the Co-pilot who had to handle the request! Could Sjon(dutch intel) have misled her I was insane and told her ‘do not mention the stupid request of an idiot?’ Or the King himself gave the wrong answer? Or? He knew about my case from the Prime Ministers JanPeter Balkenende and PM Mark Rutte and the secret offer/bribe of 5 million euro in 2003/4! He must have been involved in that secret offer! But I never heard again from Judge Rex Ford or America. What happened? Next I was detained innocent for insulting(!) the lying rapist of my wife in an unfair trial where nobody(!) was present so no defense, for 13 months and released April 5th, 2018! From September 30th, 2016!

King Willem Alexander was the Co-Pilot!

Another crucial fact is that by accident the co-pilot of that KLM flight was King Willem Alexander(he needs enough hours flying) who had to confirm to Department of Justice(DOJ) that I was on that plane after again 5,5 months of horrifying detention for my 4th asylum request. And I asked for Asylum for the 5th time in the KLM plane through him as King of the Netherlands! With in total 15 months innocent detention as a victim of the largest known cover-up and conspiracy ever in the history of the Netherlands! Only Anne Frank is worse but was wartime and stands for 6 million death.

The Royals keep this horrifying act of taking away my human and civil dutch rights hidden from me and the whole nation. I found it very strange that the security before boarding was extreme(!) and recognized him before he boarded and take off, and in the plane when he secretly(!) checked on me! Why not say hello and help me? No he cowardly(!) tried to hide his identity!

And he came walking and looking specific at me being deported to Amsterdam and put in detention for 13 months totally innocent being the victim of a special secret ruling by Queen Juliana in 1975/6 or so, his mother Beatrix and at that moment himself! So he knew first hand everything about my horrifying case and can never legally claim ‘ich/wir haben es nicht gewusst!’

Next to me sat Sjon from the Dutch Intelligence who interrogated me during the flight after giving me secretly(!) a drug by his wife the stewardess! And my backpack was also secretly(!) moved and put inside another bag and taken to the back of the plane to investigate all my documents for hours! I told him that I sent a warning to Queen Beatrix in 2008 from Catral Spain where I lived, and he knew that the Royals did nothing with that warning! How did he know that specific fact? Only insiders/Justice could know a crucial fact like that.

He must have had contact with King Alexander/Ministry of (In)Justice and told me he had not been sleeping as he suddenly was asked to come to LA! I suspect that my name was of course mentioned by America on the list for the flight and the Dutch Ministry of (In)Justice was afraid about me being on the same plane with King Willem Alexander and quickly sent Sjon to interrogate me after drugging me while still above American soil! Why didn’t King Willem Alexander tell the truth about the conspiracy and make sure I was set free? This means he didn’t want me to be free! The longer I was in jail and my pension money blocked the better for the cover-up! Proving the persecution by the Dutch Royals and Government.

The plane left late in the afternoon from LA and arrived in the morning(11.00 or so?) of March 16th, 2017 at Schiphol Airport where 3 police were waiting at the door of the plane and I was innocent as a victim detained for 6 weeks before being transferred to P.I. Heerhugowaard and released on April 5th, 2018! A total of 13 months in detention as a former Rotary member never doing anything wrong or unethical and being the innocent victim based on several unfair trials! During the court case at Rechtbank Leeuwarden no lawyer was present and I was not there too, nor was rapist Jaap Duijs who felt insulted! Lots of witnesses of his sex with my defenseless wife but nobody was investigated or asked. While he denied ever to have had sex with her! I even had a picture. No money for a flight from Spain to Leeuwarden in 2016 and nobody believes this cover-up and conspiracy! Also no defense was ever(!) allowed during the earlier 3 court cases! And I didn’t know they secretly gave me an antipsychotic hidden as baby aspirin making me half a zombie avoiding anything to do with this too traumatic case! And crucial info was hidden from me against human rights laws! So why would I bother defending myself again in the corrupt Netherlands? I was De Facto Stateless!

This could be crucial information regarding my Asylum case in America as I didn’t only ask for asylum in Florida, Texas and California where I was in detention and had a trial by a judge, but also in Buffalo New York State in 2014 and in the air in UTAH/WYOMING/MONTANA in 2017.

President Obama and the Dutch Royals!

I asked Judge Rex Ford in 2009 to mention my case to the Royals and ask questions just as the PM, and for sure President Obama must have mentioned my unique dangerous case during their visit to his office June 1st, 2015! But apparently they neglected it, making this case worse and worse! In the plane he acted as if he knew nothing and refused to simply come and talk to me, his victim!

Stupid criminal unethical behavior, why not simply solve this case? He could have done so in weeks!
